Order Information

Designs with Photographs:

If you are selecting a design that has a photograph, please email the digital file to lisa@shop-fancythat.com. Please send the original unedited photograph. Files should be a minimum of 300 dpi for best printing results. Please specify if you would like your photograph in color, black and white, or sepia. If you are using a professional photographer’s picture, you must receive written authorization from the photographer in order for Fancy That to use the photo.

Proof process:

A proof will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your order placement. Your order will be ready for pick up 5-7 business days from the time you approve the proof. Custom orders requiring special ordered paper or envelopes may require up to an additional 10 business days.

There is a $25 non refundable design fee for custom orders; however, the fee will be applied to your total when your order is placed.

Please review your proof carefully. Orders that have received proof approval or have been printed are a final sale. Fancy That is not responsible for errors found after the final proof has been approved. Should you find an error after you have approved your proof, you may request the order be reprinted at 30% off the regular price.


If you are ordering birth announcements prior to the birth of your baby, you may pick up or have your envelopes shipped early.
