I absolutely adore our new baking pans! Available in two sizes and lots of yummy colors. The larger size is a standard loaf size and the smaller is about the size of a cupcake. Available in our shop and they will be online this weekend!
My sweet little 7 year old daughter, Samantha, decided that the end of season basketball party should not be at the usual pizza parlor. Instead, she wanted snacks and cupcakes at mommy's shop and the table needed to be fancy! (Since daddy is the coach, the end of season party was up to us and that translated to Samantha taking charge!)
This is what was brought to me with a big smile!
Samantha planned out the entire layout plus decided the colors would be orange and aqua with squiggly pattern (chevron). So the two of us set out to make her sketch come to life. She had a blast sitting on my lap making the tags and banner! It was a riot watching her rifle through my props looking for 'things to lift stuff like you do at the shop'. Sam even asked me to make fancy forks to match because the ones I showed her were kinda boring :)
This is the result of her hard work - I didn't change a thing about the layout. The whole thing is her creation! I am a proud mama! Please excuse the mediocre photography, I had squealing 7 year old girls jumping around me and had to photograph fast:)
Thanks to Bliss Bake Shop for making the cupcakes! Sam looked around on pinterest and found a photo she liked and asked baker Kat to make them for her.

The lovely Melinda Tomasella, or Persona Designs, Inc, won our first Sundry Soiree Challenge with a gorgeous yellow, black and white color scheme entry. I fell in love with her toilet paper flowers! Lucky for us, she agreed to put together a tutorial! Thanks so much for sharing your creativity with us, Melinda!

I let my daughter choose the next party theme and she decided on a Girly Pirate party! We added girly touches to this pirate theme by using pinks and purples. Favors are a black treasure chest filled with crayons and a note pad with our signature skull graphic, pirate lollipop, eye patch and candy necklace with pirate charm. The cake is one of my favorites! Bliss Bake Shop took our girl pirate graphic and created this adorable cake for us!

Our latest theme - Rock Star! Do you have a kiddo that just wants to rock? Well, this is the perfect party theme to celebrate! We put together this party theme for an AC/DC loving 11 year old! Treats include cupcakes from Bliss Bake Shop, rocking lemonade, and push up pops shaped like microphones! Party favors included note books, candy tubes filled with jelly beans, and a Rock Star canvas bag filled with sweets! One of my favorite details are the record cake plates!

The Sundry Soiree Challenge is a twist on the traditional designers
challenge. Every 6 weeks we will announce a theme and 5 mystery
components found in most homes. YOUR challenge is to design a soiree
using at least 3 of the mystery items out of our 5 listed. You will have
2 weeks to put your creativity to the test and submit photos of your
design! OH and we realize not everyone has the ability to take
professional quality photos, just send your best!
We have five judges who will be looking for the most creative use of our
mystery items. The winners of our first 6 rounds/challenges will then
compete against each other in one final round for a fabulous prize
package!
